When the English full-back was caught on camera lurking during a team-photo session with his new Roma team-mates very hesitantly, it became quite clear that the Englishman hadn’t quite made enough friends at the club yet.
The image soon went viral, and got the meme treatment with users coming up with various edits of the photo, including one where Cole is seen stalking his ex-wife Cheryl and her new partner.
The photo was uploaded by his former Chelsea teammate John Terry who was present in the party in London.
